I have always loved food. Growing up in different countries, I was exposed not only to the diverse and intense flavours of different food cultures but also to the languages and practices that accompanied them. This was the reason I studied Linguistics, the reason for my love of flavour and what nurtured my philosophy of liquid cooking.
My passion for cooking and my love of connection has cultivated a unique blend of skills.

The crafting of my cocktails is an art and an artwork, one that recognises the importance of every ingredient, redefines the boundaries of mixology and transforms each cocktail into a culinary and untraditional masterpiece.
My inspiration comes not from drinking, but from cooking.
Every step of cooking, from choosing ingredients to plating a dish, is interwoven into my approach. To cook with liquids, to drink your food and eat your drink, is to celebrate flavours and ensure that every element contributes to an experience of unexpected harmony.

I select the finest produce and honour its journey. From its humble origins in the soil to its refined destination in the glass. Fresh herbs and vibrant spices are the backbone of my innovative recipes, where textures and aromas mingle and drinks that evoke rich memories and flavours come to life.
At the heart of my practice is sustainability —— not just in sourcing but in the philosophy of minimising waste. Using the entirety of my ingredients means repurposing everything, even scraps and byproducts. Nothing goes to waste while flavour potential is maximised. My drinks pay homage to the lifecycle of its components.
